Having used Crosswater’s MPRO range in a previous project, developer Ballymore liked the neutrality and the configuration options this range presents and elected to use this range again throughout the Wardian. The wide range of finishes that MPRO offers allowed for differentiation to be achieved between the apartments and the penthouses, with a different finish being used for each while maintaining a consistent contemporary design across all living quarters.

With 767 residential apartments across two towers, most of which contain both a main bathroom and an ensuite, Crosswater supplied MPRO basin taps, shower valves, shower heads, accessories and bath shower mixers throughout the development, including areas within their amenities. In keeping with the modern luxury provided throughout the Wardian, our MPRO flush plates and shower valve back plates featured a bespoke etching of the Wardian logo, making the products unique to this development.
