London Square Nine Elms is a dazzling 23-storey bronze-panelled building, designed by renowned architects Allies and Morrison for award-winning developer London Square. The development is the final flourish in the transformation of central London’s largest regeneration area, within walking distance of the Houses of Parliament, Battersea Power Station and London’s most stylish cultural and retail districts. Standing opposite the US Embassy and overlooking a 14-acre park, London Square Nine Elms is set in landscaped gardens and features a collection of exquisitely designed studios, one, to and three bedroom apartments and penthouses with outstanding river views and sweeping panoramas across the capital.
London Square, in collaboration with designer Suna Interior Design set out to create two distinctive interior styles to offer buyers a choice on the appearance of their apartments. While establishing clear difference between the two options, it was also important that each style shared a clear design language.
Having used our products in a previous project, Suna were keen to work with our MPRO brassware collection, liking the design of the product as well as the selection of finishes available. London Square’s brief to Suna was to offer buyers a choice between a light and a dark colour palette. Our MPRO range was a perfect selection for their design, with its modern minimalist design, its selection of 6 finishes plus bespoke Matt White, and its collection of products across the entire bathroom, allowing for excellent colour linkage.
Opting for MPRO basin taps, shower valves, handheld shower heads, accessories and matching flush plates in a choice of Brushed Brass and Matt White allowed for both interior design options to feature a stylish use of colour throughout while maintaining consistent features.
To achieve a smooth process throughout the development of these apartments, our team developed and nurtured strong relationships with the designer, and the building team to maintain the best level of communication and ensure that product was stocked and available ready for when it would be needed.
Overall, a stunning, contemporary interior design was delivered in the 298 ensuites and main bathrooms featured throughout the 186 elegant apartments, with a distinctive yet synergetic appearance achieved in both colour scheme options.
