Graphite Square is an industrially inspired residential development located in the vibrant city of Vauxhall, London. Offering a sophisticated urban living space, Graphite Square consists of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments as well as a flexible retail, café and office space on the ground floor. Both the architectural and interior design of this development fuses its rich industrial heritage with contemporary styles. The façade features a distinctive use of glass and steel with an iconic sawtooth roofline, while the interior is finished with high-quality materials and a sophisticated colour palette.
With this intended colour palette in mind, developer Third.i Group visited our extensive showroom where they could see a large selection of our products and select the colours and styles that they liked. Knowing their preferences and being supplied with a rough design from their interior designer, our team was able to develop their idea to create a full bathroom solution that met their design brief using a combination of products from our Crosswater and Britton brands.
The final design for all 105 luxury apartments complemented the façade and the sophisticated interior space through the use of our MPRO brassware and accessory range. This highly contemporary collection presents a minimalist style that brings the epitome of modern design into the bathroom. The selection of a Matt Black finish throughout the bathroom, combined with Matt Grey furniture continues the sophisticated appeal of the development through this elegant use of colour.
