Located in a thriving part of the city, Aldgate Place Phase 2 presents a new community and lifestyle hand-in-hand with a focus on health and wellbeing. Situated above an office podium with retail units at ground level, Alma is a 26-storey build-to-rent tower containing 159 new homes. This building has a calm, pared-back aesthetic and high-end feel, with apartments offering spacious, open-plan layouts.
When developing the bathroom design of these homes, contractor McLaren, in partnership with developer British Land, selected Crosswater as one of the suppliers. Coming to us with their initial idea, we were able to help them develop their design to achieve the most with Crosswater products. The use of our MPRO brassware and Optix 10 shower glass aligned with the contemporary designs of the development as a whole.
Working with our team from the early stages of development helped McLaren ensure that every aspect of the design was as they needed. Coming in at an early stage of the process, we were able to refine product selection to best meet the design challenges of the project.
